• Prepare hot and cold food, quickly and efficiently handling the grill and charbroiled station.
• Perform detail and general cleaning.
• Set up and break down events held on-site.
• Care for and maintain non-food inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Stock supplies, run the cash register, and wash dishes.
• Assist with menu planning, including daily and weekly specials.
• Maintain a welcoming and customer service-oriented attitude toward customers.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor, such as running the cash register or washing dishes.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen skills.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, follow instructions, take initiative, and work without supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers and customers.
This job will require some lifting (up to 50 lbs.). Noise level is usually moderate to loud.
Typically, Monday through Friday 7AM to 3PM.
