Facility Services is seeking a full-time HVAC Maintenance Technician to join the team. The successful hire should be knowledgeable in building control and monitoring systems to include a computer interface used to control and troubleshoot OMRF environment.
Responsibilities:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and three years of relevant experience or training in building system controls and HVAC. Knowledge of building mechanical systems, including preventative maintenance and work order tracking.
Valid driver’s license required.
At least three (3) years of relevant commercial experience. Strong knowledge of building control and monitoring systems.
Current Oklahoma HVAC journeyman license a plus.
Typically, Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM with eventual shared on-call responsibilities.
